Ta'aroa is the creator of the multiverse. Ta'aroa, praise be to him, arose out of his spinning egg and is constantly generating universes, each of which has different physical constants, such as the ratios of the strengths of the fundamental forces. In most of these universes, the balance is insufficient for formation of atoms, molecules, galaxies, or life. These universes do not have the complexity of ours. Needless to say, we evolved in a universe which did have the right balance of physical constants.
Ta'aroa created himself as part of, and also external to these universes. Originally in an egg spinning in a void of empty space, he created the multiverse and all the lesser gods in the universes. Unfortunately, the gods that are in the universes with no chemistry are extremely bored but have no way to communicate their boredom since these different fabrics of space-time are distinct and are not in contact. Often, they attempt to cross between universes, but the wormholes are fundamentally unstable, and result in these lesser gods being ripped apart by the differential force of gravity across a wormhole.
Unlike the other "fake-news" gods, some of whom claim the universe is only 6000 years old, there is hard scientific evidence for Ta'aroa's creation. The 3-degree K background microwave radiation attests to the initial inflation of the universe when Ta'aroa first energized our space-time from his space egg. The recent discovery of the gravitational waves created in the collapse of a blackhole, the actual imaging of blackholes, even at the center of our own galaxy, are all evidence of the fragile nature of spacetime, being bent by gravity, and indirect evidence for the wormholes, where the other lesser gods are attempting to infiltrate our universe.
